I'M HEATHER, A PHOTOGRAPHER IN WEST VIRGINIA
It all started in third grade - when my Great Uncle gave me an original polaroid camera. From there, my obsession for photography grew into something much larger.
I was always that annoying kid in high school going around and taking pictures with all of my friends. It wasn't until college that I realized why I valued pictures so much; the memories might fade & the people might change, but the pictures continue to remain the same.
I've now photographed in 30 states, Canada + Puerto Rico! So cool!!
I'm truly so blessed to do what I do.

I realized I needed to something different
After awhile I was tired of doing every type of session I could think of - so I niched down. I now solely only do weddings + couples, and occasionally seniors and boudoir!
I got my first mirrorless camera
I remember when I FINALLY was able to save up + buy a Canon R6 in 2022. This CHANGED the game for me.
I had my first out of country wedding
Being able to photograph weddings in the United States is such a blessing, but to also photograph them in other countries?!?!?! UNREAL
I launched my first mentorship program
